About Mimi
Mimi, Vicki Shuckman, was the brilliant creator of all the Mimi’s spreads. She was president of Shuckman’s Fish Co. until her passing in 2024. She worked alongside her husband, Lewis, to make Shuckman’s products high quality, with reasonable prices. Vicki, started all her recipes from scratch, which is why they are so delicious!
